I am feeling inspired to share the feelings and thoughts coursing through my being as I sit here in complete peace and in amazement. Feeling, so deeply, those tender loving waves of existence and of being alive here on Earth.

How truly amazed I am to see things unfold as they may for one day to be seen from a completely different perspective.

 

Today, I wanted to write about the power of our mind and thoughts and how they literally shift our reality from one moment to the next in an instant. How one day, unexpectedly, I could now see the magic behind it all. And for the first time, at such a new and profound level, truly and deeply feel and see this truth.

 

It is important to understand that we are the ultimate creators of our experiences. Only we hold full control. Every second of every day we are literally creating life and its experiences by our very own thoughts.

 

And just like that, one day, it suddenly became so physically clear how those wild waves we encounter along on our journey are what we create through our very own resistance. Our resistance to change, to the unknown etc. due to an instilled fear we sometimes don’t even realize we have. If we were to really take a step back and take time to acknowledge and face the fear you will soon realize it’s an illusion. If we can feel and see this we can surpass and accomplish anything we set our hearts on.

 

Imagine for just a second how life could be if we were to get out of our own way. How would that really look and feel?

 

I have mentally known this for quite some time but not at the same level as I know this in this state of consciousness I now stand, where the results of my very thoughts are seen and felt immediately. I have always practiced mindfulness for this very same reason. But yet from time to time have struggled to stay focused and in alignment.

 

Becoming aware of your very thoughts and actions is essential for a balanced life. It is what keeps us present and, in the moment, living through our heart.  This act alone allows one to identify when resistance is at bay. It can highlight the things that need attention and/or healing.

 

On my journey, what helped substantially was understanding the role that the ego mind played. And what I realized was how super important it was of the need in placing a magnifying glass on it. It is important to understand the truth of this matter -  our ego is programmed to block us from reaching our full potential.

 

Feel into this truth. What more comes up for you?

 

The next time you feel fear about doing something that makes your heart sing take a moment and feel into its actions and intentions. What is truly stopping you from following your dreams?

 

Going back to my realization, you may ask, what made this time different? The fact that I was finally able to physically see the truth to this knowing. The difference this time around was literally feeling and seeing, in slow motion, the shift in the energy around me as I shifted my thoughts into reality. All that chitter chatter and worry just vanished in an instant. As if it never truly existed! My mind was blown!

It’s one thing to know and another to act upon the knowing and actually seeing it in action. I was so in tune with what was happening right in front of me that I was able to literally feel and see the shift take place right in front of my eyes. That is the power of the mind. Of one’s thoughts. And of one’s actions.

Can you imagine the life you could create if you could consciously replicate this over and over again? Explosive!  

I know that many of us already know this but the reality is do we actually remember to live it and act upon it every day? This is mastery at its finest.

The power of living in the present moment and in alignment with one’s heart calling is massive. It is what has given me the strength and courage to keep pushing forward.

Always have faith and fully trust in yourself. No one but you can create the life you desire and deserve.
